I am size medium and after reading all the reviews I ordered Size XL and fits perfectly, not too small or too large, fits actually perfectly well.I am very satisfied with this Body Shaper, and in a little while will order a size smaller. The dress is better than I expected. Nice material and stretchy, hugs all the right curves, very flattering!!! I'm usually a 14/16 in pants and xl large in tops, and i ordered a XL dress and it fights great. For ladies with big boobs, this is very flattering I'm a 38 DD, i don't feel like I'm falling out or like i have to worry. Great buy!!!

I would recommend going one size up from your usual. This product is great and better than fajas I've paid almost $100 for. It lifts your butt without it looking fake and\or stiff while cinching and smoothing. I plan to buy at least three more...another for me and two as CHRISTmas gifts.
