Listen to the reviews and definitely go by others reviews... I myself am a 40 in waist and 50 in hips.. obviously bigger than the 3X it it seriously tight on me. And well cant fit in and be comfortable but that was expected. The material is very good though, I got into it after a looonnnggg 15 min or so... but the material stretched with me!! And there were no rips or tears in the fabric..All in all it fit as was expected!! But seriously, go by the size chart!!!

I decided to go with a large. I am 5'7 and 154. I have a smaller waist, but my love handles, hips, and thighs are on the bigger side and the size was perfect fit. I wasn't sure if I was going to do a medium or large and if I got medium it would have not fit. The legs do not ride up like other concerts I have bought. This is one of the better ones I have bought. I hope it doesn't tear for this is my first day wearing it. I would be more concerned with it tearing in my thought area.i would purchase again

OMG this shaper is the truth. It will give shape to a stick let alone anyone with curves. I did not follow the chart my 1st order and had to order a larger size. The smaller size fit but it gave my butt a smooshed look. .For me the chart was spot on using waist/hip sizing. I like that the garment goes all the way up in the crotch area and does not leave an ill fitting droop in this area... like tights that are too small.
