These pants fit perfectly. I'm healthy weight, not stick skinny, and these fit me perfectly. I don't like pants so tight at the waist that they cut off any effort to breath. They are also perfect length in petite size (I'm 5'4 ), so I didn't need to pay someone to shorten them. I bought two pairs black, and will order more in other colors.

My pants are 12 Medium in the Roasted Chestnut (a great basic color). These are soft with a bit of stretch, which makes them extremely comfortable. They can be worn all day and night...The teeth on the zipper are a coppery color that allow for smooth zipping/unzipping. So even after reading all the reviews I still chose to get an XL to be safe (and it fits nicely just not snug), I would have been fine in a large. I will definitely order another pair.Btw, I am 5'8 and about 215lbs with thick thighs.

Love these! Perfect shorts for when you just want to cover up after getting out but don’t want to wear a towel. I even swim in them at times. They have a nice liner in them like a normalSwim bottom if you wear them as the only bottom. I purchased mine big so they would be loose on my hips.
