I love these shorts. I'm 5'7 and 170 lbs. I ordered a large. They leave and little wiggle room and fit perfectly around the waist. They are short but not too short, you down have to worry about sitting like a lady. I've worn them every day at home since I got them because they are so comfortable.

Bear I mind that I'm a short-waisted petite female, while reading my review.I wanted my pants to fit on the looser side and I ordered large - this was when I was heavier.I could've bought the medium, but I kept the large, etc.It is great for use on 'non-hot days' and I wore it more during the cooler months.I think it fit the bill and thanks.
