I went by the waist and hip size listed and it fits perfectly. The top of the corset is a bit lower than my latex waist trainer (that comes to nearly the bottom of my boobs, this shaper is between my top and 2nd ribs, so in the front it's about 2.5 lower). I don't mind this since my bra fits better but it's slightly more uncomfortable on my ribs when I'm bending forward (for example, doing up the corset hooks. They say it small on the web site and it is. I'm a 10 and I ordered the 4x. Still a tad bit small, but it worked for me because it pulled me in really tight without wearing the extra wrap around waist. It's good quality, wearing it feels nice, the texture. This is an excellent product compared to the other fajas that run $60-$130 it definitely can compete with the more expensive fajas. I wear an extra large so I read the reviews first and actually went up a size and it fit PERFECT !! I love it!! Depending on material of your outfit you can see the corset thru it but it DOES THE JOB!! Buy it !!

I was 5'6 and 150 when I first purchased this shaper. I had more weight around my midsection then my back, rear, or legs. I bought two shapers, this one which kinda wraps around with an opening to pee. This one is very uncomfortable because you cant wear underwear and it cuts into rear and thighs...it also made everything down there very noticeable... over all if you wear underwear and don't mind undressing to pee it has a great fit everywhere else.

i am a fan of this body shaper as it fits me perfectly i was skeptical because i have quite the pear shape i am 5’9 and about 220 and have very big thighs other than the swishing noise made when walking i have no complaints im grateful for this product as it is affordable and comfortable and while it is a tad too big still fits snugly enough to compress

This is amazing. It's comfortable, slimming, and as a bonus gave enough support to also help with my back pain. It runs true to size.Update: I’ve now bought a second one because the first finally gave up the ghost after two years of wear. Still fabulous and will buy a third when this one goes.

I absolutely love this body shaper. this was my first time EVER trying one, I was super nervous because it was for a out of town trip and I didn't know what to expect at all.....this thing was PERFECT! the fabric was stretchy and VERY I mean VERY comfort about. by the end of the night I was full of drinks and food so I was ready to rip it off but I highly recommend this body shaper for anyone who is thinking about purchasing!
