I am im awe. I thought the reviews were too good to be true... but gals I am here to tell you... THIS IS THE REAL DEAL.Never before have I felt comfortable in swimwear in public. The Large I ordered, fit better than the Medium I also ordered to see the difference. According to the size chart, I should be a Medium and that is what I usually wear in clothing, but the Large fit better for my taste. I'm 5''6 , 145-ish lbs, athletic build, but with a bit of curve in the hips and butt.These shorts are just what I was looking for! I'm 5' 6 , about 148 lbs. Typically wear a size 10-12 in pants/shorts. The large fit exactly like i expected, snug but not tight around the butt-ish area, legs a little looser so they weren't constantly riding up my inner thigh.I also ordered a pair in XL just to see the difference. I like the way they fit too. I needed to tie the drawstring a little tighter on the XL pair. (Totally didn't need the drawstring on the Large pair.) They don't make you look like an old-lady, they're just a pair of nylon short

Love, love the side pockets for a key or cell phone. Size right on. I ordered large, but I usually wear medium, because a lot of the clothes coming in too small. These were right on the money! Good price. Look good. Only washed once and wore a couple of times. Will try to post again after a few washes to let you know how they hold up in the wash
