This shaper is very well made with good quality materials. It does a great job of smoothing things out. I would never call any body shaper comfortable, but this one is tolerable. I don't feel like I'm being swallowed by a boa constrictor or anything.I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size larger than I normally wear and that was a good choice.I'd recommend this shaper if you want to look about 10 lbs slimmer, with a smoother silhouette without cracking ribs or suffocating.

I took my measurements and applied them to the size chart. Don't get caught up in the number sizes...trust your measurements. Swollen pride and buy what you need not what you wish it was. I'm normally a 1X and I bought a 3X. It fit well. It does make a swish sound when I walk but I wore it all evening at a wedding an was comfortable.

I absolutely love this waist cincher. I wear it with just about everything. It not only provides me with a more sleek look under my business attire, but it also is undetectable. It does its job in holding everything in. Just remember to wear your underwear on the outside of the product, as it is a task to take off if you don't. The material is durable and it fits true to size.
